Blog fog
Flow – no
Why? sigh
Busy tizzy
Tired mired
Taut thought
Blank tank
Rest best
Ahhhhh…..
New view
Shifting lifting
Clearing nearing
Mind find
Poem roam
Glimmer shimmer
Slew-o duo
Grow slow
Go whoa
Write might
Done fun
I won

Oh the early spring fog! I like your poem – perfect for today.
We leave Duluth today and the city is completely fogged in. Can’t see the bridge which is 5 houses down the road. It could be an interesting drive today!

Unfortunately, the fog was mostly in my mind – challenging me to write!
Safe travels to you!

Thank you – The fog was mostly in my mind – trying to write my daily blog…Luckily it cleared in time!

Highly concentrated meaning here, and you know I have a preference for form poetry. Most of these lines would count as spondees and to convey so much in lines of monometer is highly artful. My favorite portion is “Tired mired / Taut thought / Blank tank / Rest best.”

Thank you, Paul. Coming off of Read Me a Story Day and reading Dr. Seuss almost daily as our Author of the Month, this just seemed to almost compose itself. It was lurking in the fog, it just needed an opportune time to present itself!
